TRANSGAVARRES

Some races mean more than others. Transgavarres is one of those.

It’s our home race. The one that crosses the Gavarres, the mountains where we train most days. A familiar landscape of paths and tracks that has shaped how we move, how we run, and how we understand running.

Because of that, we wanted to do more than just race. We wanted to give something back. Not with a single moment, but with a weekend built around what we know how to do best: bringing people together and sharing movement.

Ten members of our community took on the 50 km journey from Palamós to Girona, each with their own approach and pace, but all with the same determination to get to enjoy the day and make it home with a big smile.

We started a few days before race day, at the shop. Two winners of previous editions, Nick and Celia, joined us to share their experience. We talked about pacing, decision making, and the small details that truly make the difference.

On Saturday morning, we took things outside. A short activation run to wake up the legs before Sunday and test the new Merrell ProMorph. A shoe designed for gravel terrain. Stable, comfortable, and reactive.

After race day, we came back together one last time. A party at the shop to close the weekend the right way. Good energy, familiar faces, and that quiet feeling that comes once the competition is over.

Transgavarres is about racing, but it’s also about the people you train with, the places you run through, and the community that surrounds it.

Thanks to everyone who joined us throughout the weekend and made this edition of Transgavarres special. Already looking forward to the next one.
