Shipping Policy

• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
• Free shipping is available for orders over €100 within Spain and over €200 for the rest of the European Union.
• We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns

• You may return items within 30 days of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
• Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
